If your Autoship cart doesn't have a "Next Shipment" tab on the left side, you may be part of a small group of members testing out our new single cart experience.
While you can still make changes to your Autoship items at any time from your Autoship tab, the items in your next shipment will be loaded into your regular shopping cart 4 days before the order is scheduled.
Before the 4-day mark, your cart is free to place one-time orders as often as you'd like.
We send reminder emails before each delivery reminding members to review the contents of their order and make any necessary changes. The final date to make changes will be indicated in the email reminder. We know emails can sometimes get lost or sent to spam, so be sure to also sign up for SMS reminders if you're not already.
You can subscribe to receive SMS notifications by checking the box on the secure checkout page. By doing this, you will receive order updates, exclusive offers, cart reminders, and more.
Please note that any one-time items in your cart on your scheduled date will ship along with your Autoship order.
How do I skip or reschedule future shipments?
From your Autoship page here, click the "Edit" button under the "Upcoming Shipment" tab.
From here, you can select to skip the shipment or click "Reschedule" to select a new ship date. After selecting a new date, be sure to click "Update" to save your changes.
How do I remove items from my Autoship?
To remove items from all future shipments, visit the Manage Items page here. Select "Remove" under any item(s) you'd like to unsubscribe from.
How do I change the quantity/frequency of Autoship items?
To change the quantity or frequency of Autoship items for all future shipments, visit the Manage Items page here. Select the tan button that displays the current quantity & frequency.
From the pop-up window, you can make edits to the quantity, frequency, and next ship date for each item. Be sure to click "Done" to save your changes.
