To hold or pick up your package at a FedEx location instead, visit your tracking information on FedEx.com through your “Orders” page. You can select “Customize Delivery” and then "Hold at Location". You will get a notification when it is ready for pickup at your selected location and you will have five business days to retrieve it with your I.D. and tracking number.
