How to store wine:
The ideal condition for wine storage is cool and dark, we recommend a storage closet or basement where the wine will not be frequently disturbed. Store bottles in a rack or on their side so that the cork doesn't dry out. (Dry corks can lead to premature oxidation, effectively turning wine rancid.)
How to serve wine:
As a general rule - serve both white and red wine at room temperature. For a chillier white wine, place the bottle in the fridge for three hours and remove 20 minutes prior to serving. For a crisper red wine, try cooling down your red for 20 minutes to an hour in the fridge before serving.
