Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that. Updating your payment method is simple! Go to:
Settings > Payment methods > Add new payment
If you use PayPal, you can update it while in check out or through the PayPal website directly. Once you’ve updated your payment method, we will then attempt to charge you again. After 5 unsuccessful attempts, your account will be frozen. If that occurs, please reach out to our Member Services team for additional assistance.
