We can troubleshoot this for you! First, try redeeming your membership by clicking on this link here and entering your gift membership code into the “Redemption Code” text box. If you are logged in, the gift membership will apply to that account. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to either sign in or join in order to redeem.
If you’ve been gifted a membership, your 12-month membership will begin upon redemption. If you already have a paid membership, the gifted membership will be applied to the end of your current membership term. At the conclusion of your gift term, your membership will auto-renew annually at the then-current fee.
