Currently we ship with FedEx, Lasership, OnTrac and USPS (via FedEx Smartpost). Your carrier depends on geographic location and whether or not your order contains meat, seafood, frozen meals, or wine. You may have more than one carrier if your order contains more than one shipment.
To view the carrier on an already shipped order:
Desktop or Mobile Web:
- Visit your orders page
- Click on the order you want to track
- Click on "Track shipment"
App:
- Visit your "Account" page located on the the bottom right
- Click "Orders"
- Click on the order number you would like to track
- Click "Track shipment"
You will see a page that shows you a map of where your package was last scanned, contents of the package, and the carrier for your order.
