We ship with FedEx, Lasership, OnTrac, and USPS (via FedEx Ground Economy). Your carrier depends on geographic location and whether or not your order contains frozen items or wine. You may have more than one carrier if your order contains more than one shipment.
The carrier(s) will be assigned automatically when you place your order, and you'll receive an email that contains tracking & carrier information. To view the carrier on an already shipped order:
Desktop or Mobile Web:
- Visit your orders page
- Click on the order you want to track
- Click on "Track shipment"
- Tap the "Account" tab located at the bottom right of the app
- Click "Orders"
- Click on the order number you would like to track
- Click "Track shipment"
You will see a page that shows you a map of where your package was last scanned, contents of the package, and the carrier for your order.
