Currently we ship with FedEx, Lasership, OnTrac and USPS (via FedEx Smartpost). Your carrier depends on geographic location and whether or not your order contains meat, seafood, frozen meals, or wine. You may have more than one carrier if your order contains more than one shipment.
To view the carrier on an already shipped order:
Desktop or Mobile Web:
- Visit your orders page
- Click on the order you want to track
- Click on the map
App:
- Visit your Account page located in the bottom right corner
- Click “Track Package” on any shipped order
You will see a page that shows you a map of where your package was last scanned, the contents of your order, and the carrier for your order.
