Our frozen orders are packed with enough dry ice to keep frozen items cold for several days in transit. If your dry ice is melted when you receive your frozen order, use the guidelines below to make sure your items are still safe to use:
- Frozen Raw Meat & Seafood - You should always inspect your delivery to confirm that raw meat & seafood arrive in a cool, refrigerated condition. We recommend using a thermometer to ensure that the temperature zone within the container in which any meat, poultry or, seafood product is located is 40° F or below. In the unlikely event that the temperature zone is above 40° F, or you have any other reason to believe that any product in your delivery is not suitable for consumption, please reach out to us.
- Frozen Meals (Bowls & Skillets) - These should not be consumed if they are not fully frozen when delivered. If your frozen meals arrived thawed, please reach out to us.
