- Check that you’ve entered the code in the field labeled “Enter Coupon”, not “Enter Gift Card”, and clicked “Apply”
- Check that you’ve entered the code correctly (For example, sometimes O's and 0's can look similar). Try copying and pasting if you can to avoid mistakes.
- Try removing and re-entering the coupon code
- Check your email to verify the coupon code is still valid and has not expired.
- Make sure you meet all the qualifications for the coupon code listed in the terms and conditions.
The error message you see when applying the code should tell you which issue is preventing it from applying to your order. We are not able to honor any expired or unqualified coupons.
