You may cancel your Membership at any time, with no early termination fees. You can do so by contacting us by live chat, phone [(866) 419-2174] or by email (email@example.com). Paid members who haven't used their benefits are eligible for a full refund of the current membership period. This refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of the request. Upon cancellation, your access to Thrive Market membership perks will not continue past the already paid membership period. Trial members forfeit their ability to place orders with Thrive Market at the time of their cancellation request. If you place an order after your cancellation has gone into effect, you will be charged $59.95 for a non-refundable annual membership.
