First, check that you have a cart total of at least $49 (this is the minimum order amount to qualify for most of our free gifts). Note: Wine orders and frozen orders do not count towards the minimum spending amount for a free gift. If you have not met the minimum order requirements, your cart will display this message above the gift in your cart:
Once you meet all order requirements, that message should disappear.
If you have met the order minimum but are still unable to add the gift to your cart, check if the gift requires you to purchase another item from the brand to be eligible.
If you've met all requirements and you're still not able to add the gift, it may already be out of stock. Free gifts are available while supplies last, and some gifts are more popular than others.
