We can help you troubleshoot this one! First, check that you have a cart total of at least $49 (this is the minimum spending amount to qualify for a free gift). Note: Wine orders and frozen meat or seafood orders do not count towards the minimum spending amount for a free gift. If your cart total, aside from exclusions, is more than the minimum necessary amount (starting at $49) then your checkout page should display the gift you selected with “You've unlocked this free gift” written above it.
