Our new user promotions change frequently, but one thing we are committed to is our happiness guarantee. While we don't offer a free trial all the time, we do give a 30-day window for new annual members in which you can request a refund if you are not happy with the service.
When you sign up for Thrive Market, you will choose between a monthly or annual membership. During this process, we communicate that only the annual membership option allows for a 30-day risk-free period.
If you decide that Thrive Market is not for you, you can contact our Member Services team within 30 days of starting your membership to get a full refund of your annual fee. If annual members don’t make the membership fee back in savings by the end of the year, we’ll automatically give you the difference in Thrive Market credit after you renew.
For monthly members, our Member Services team can help cancel your upcoming renewal and future charges at any time prior to your billing date.
