SNAP EBT benefits cannot be used towards shipping and delivery fees, however, you can use SNAP EBT benefits to pay for orders that don't qualify for free shipping. You will need to add an alternate payment method to cover the shipping cost.
To avoid any shipping fees (and be eligible for a free gift with your order!) you'll need to meet the order minimum before checkout.
