However, if you are unhappy with the quality of a particular item, please notify us via chat within 21 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to remedy the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if you do not make it within 21 days of delivery or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the return policy is being abused.
We promise that our pantry staples and dry goods will stay fresh for 30 days from the date of delivery, and many products will far exceed this.
