If you have not seen your review published yet, it may be that it is still being moderated. It typically takes 3 days for a review to appear on the product page. If it has been longer than three days, there are a few cases that would result in your review not being published:
- The review lacked detail about what made you like or dislike the product. Paint fellow members a picture of what was awesome or not so awesome about the product. This will help others determine if it is right for them. Vague or irrelevant reviews won't be published.
- You haven't tried the product yet. If you had a problem with the delivery, a broken item, or found that the product did not meet the values we listed, our member services team is here to help! Please chat with us (we're available 24/7!) so we can make it right. However, since it's not related to a product's quality, reviews about the delivery or values will not be published.
- It's not PG. We want to keep our reviews free of profanities and vulgar language, and reviews that use either will not be published.
