1/23/19: Our co-manufacturing supplier has issued a recall of all nut butters manufactured since January, 2018 because of a positive test for Listeria monocytogenes in recent lots. Because the safety of our members is our absolute priority, we are expanding on supplier’s recall and are voluntarily recalling all unexpired lots of all of our Thrive Market-branded nut butters manufactured by this supplier (“Product(s)”) due to the potential for contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.
Although it is unlikely that the product you have purchased was affected by any contamination, out of an abundance of caution, if you have any of these products, we ask that you please promptly discard it so that it cannot be consumed by you or others.
Listeria monocytogenes is an organism that may cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in pregnant women, young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

If you were impacted by the recall, you will have received an email indicating that you will receive a credit of $10 in Thrive Cash credited to your Thrive Market account. Please note that the Thrive Cash will expire in 30 days from issue date.
If you purchased any of the Products during the relevant recall period, and you have not already done so, we also ask that you complete and submit the Recall Response Form (“Form”) at the following link. If you have any undisposed and unused Product from the recall period, we will issue an additional credit of Thrive Cash to bring your total Thrive Cash credit to the amount of unused Product reported on the Form. Please note that all Thrive Cash will expire in 30 days from issue date.
