ByHeart has notified us of a voluntary recall of ByHeart Infant Formula 24 oz can (850044968008) AND ByHeart Infant Formula Anywhere Pack™ 14 Packets 0.6oz each (850044968022) (“Product”) due to the potential presence of Clostridium botulinum. The recall is being conducted as part of an investigation into an infant botulism outbreak being undertaken by the FDA and CDC, in collaboration with CDPH IBTPP, and state and local partners.
The safety of our Members is our highest priority. You are advised not to use the Product. If you have any unused Product, you should dispose of it. The recall includes ALL lot codes.
