We work with collectives of small to midsize domestic and international farmers to source the highest quality ethically-raised meat. We’ve also teamed up with the Marine Stewardship Council and the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch to make sure our entire seafood selection is either sustainably wild-caught or sustainably farmed-raised without antibiotics.
