During warmer weather, an ice pack is automatically included with every chocolate order to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. An ice pack fee of $2.49 is added to your order when your shipping route requires it; this fee is waived once your chocolate subtotal reaches $25 or more in a single order.
The ice pack and associated fee apply only to members whose shipping routes require it based on forecasted temperatures. Members in cooler climates will not see this fee and can order chocolate without any restrictions. If you change your shipping address, your fee status will automatically update to reflect your new route.
Please note that some items may be unavailable for shipping to extremely warm destinations. If an item cannot be safely shipped to your location, it will be marked as unavailable at checkout.
